Okresní přebor (Opava) – sprinty, překážky, dálka, trojskok a výška
V sobotu sedmého ledna se naši starší žáci a někteří mladší žáci zůčastnili opavského okresního halového přeboru ve sprintech, a to i překážkových, výšce a dálce. Tyto závody ukázaly atletům, jak dobře jim jde zimní příprava směrem k halovým vrcholům této sezony. Pro některé bude tímto vcholem krajský přebor, pro některé Mistrovství Moravy a Slezska a pro někoho Místrovství ČR. Kvalitní výkony a osobáky jsme u našich viděli ve všech disciplínách. Závody byly velmi speciální pro mnoho dětí, protože se 1.1. polovina atletů přesunula do starších kategorií. Což třeba znamená i vyšší překážky, které jsou umístěny dále od sebe. Přechod dětí z přípravek do mladšího žactva, tak to je už jiný svět a adaptace může chvíli trvat. Zimní příprava pokračuje!
